5x5 Problem

When I start solving it like a 3x3 I run into a problem when like on a 4x4 where you have to switch the edge from the opposite edge with the algorithm 2u 2r 2U middle 2R 2U 2r 2u, it happens of what it seems like 100% percent of the time and I don't see what I'm doing wrong. I tried doing algorithms from 3x3 on it and ended up with a somewhat of the same thing except on the corners.

PLL parity doesn't exist on 5x5. Have you ever taken your 5x5 apart? If so you put if back together wrong. You need to physically take those edge pieces out and switch them to make your cube solvable. Hope this helped!

I don't believe that is the problem because I have never disassembled it.

Trust me I'm not lying or I wouldn't of posted this, the only thing I would think of is when I first got it my friend messed it up in some wierd way and I'm really sure that he didn't take it apart. I will try reassembling it and I will say if it helped. AND that is the only two thing that were changed in those two pictures.

Hmmm... interesting enough this actually worked! I have know clue how this happened all I know is that I never seen it get taken apart so I have no clue of what happened to it.
