I started cubing 7 years ago. Learnt beginner method and then reached close to 30s - 35s. Hit a block! Learnt CFOP got slower and kept at it got down to a 27 Ao5 and High Sub 30 Ao100.

Stopped cubing and then picked up 1 month ago, seeing yiheng x xuanyi 1-look F2L short.
I am not able to break the Sub-20 barrier. I can get like 3 solves out of 12 like 16s 18s 19s. But the average still is not sub 20.
I know:
  1. Full PLL ( all under 3 s)
  2. Exept the weird hook cases almost all OLL ( almost all under 4s )
  3. I just learnt to do cross ( training to do it in one go ( blind ) ).
Should I focus on cross or F2L , what should I do?

Any criticism or advice is appreciated.

~ Thank you

I also followed Brody the Cuber's how to get sub-20 and timed my splits...
Cross + F2L + OLL + PLL

Hoping these helps in giving me advice/criticism.

Man I only started like half a year ago i almost know full pll and I use 2 look oll and know a few extra cases and my avg is 20. Do a lot of solves but SMOOTHELY you will get the hang of it and start doing fast. Especially lookout on f2l! Yo these solves are like seeing me! Lol. What cube you using? I'm using tornado v4 and dayan guhong pro m + .
