I have been learning Roux now and have decided to become y axis color neutral? How can I do it?
Also, in LSE, should I use the direct solutions from Waffo's site or cycle through?

For y-axis neutral, just do a lot of slow solves with as much inspection as you need to find the best first block.

And learn to cycle cases. The direct solutions on Waffo's site mostly come from case cycling, but don't always follow them exactly because sometimes you can force skips by changing the direction of U or M moves (e.g. M' U M' vs M' U' M etc.). Eventually it will be natural to adjust the direction of these moves.

I've been drilling L6E and just can't get sub-6. Any tips? It's not liIe I use a lot of moves, I just have a lot of pauses. My tps isn't bad though.

Make sure you're doing all of the EO in one look (You can do the whole thing blindfolded). For UL UR, you should be able to see the situation and then be able to do it blindfolded. You probably don't do this, but don't do x/x'/x2 to set up the EP case. EP recognition just comes with practice.

might be a pb for one of you guys? though i never do yellow on bottom i did for this scramble. only if it was white, i'd do so much better.

I'm x2 y colorneutral with white and yellow so this was great for me. I got a 13.24. PB is 12.xx

Nah. Beautiful FB, aweful SB.
11.31 on first try (I did a cube rotation before the scramble to match my regular block colors).

You sure? :p

L2 F L' y // LBlock (3/3)
R' U2 M2 U2 r' U2 R' U R // RSquare (9/12)
M U' R // RBLock (3/15)

Don't know that CMLL, all I know is that it's diagswap.

What the heck...

L2 F L' y // LBlock (3/3)
R' U2 M2 U2 r' U2 R' U R // RSquare (9/12)
M U' R // RBLock (3/15)
U2 R2' U' R F R' U R2 U' R' F' R // CMLL (12/27)
U' M U2 M' // LSE (4/31)

 31 STM. What the hell with LSE these days?

EDIT:
starting the CMLL with y2 instead of U2 leads to a 1 move shorter solution (but not comfortable for speedcubing).

wat... idk, maybe LSE doesn't like you so it tries to avoid you as much as possible? ;)

Could you guys help me with a reconstruction?

It was a 10.94, and I want to store it in my archive...

Scramble:
L B2 L' B2 R2 U2 L R' U2 R' D U' R' U L R' F D L U

I'm pretty sure the FB was this (red bottom, yellow left):
y' z
R' F r2 B R U r' U2 R2 F

And at the second block I didn't notice the pair at UB/UBL (silly me...), so it was something not trivial, like this:
R U R' U' R U' r' U' R U (...)
Although I'm not sure about this. But it led to a CMLL skip!

Can I use COLL instead of CMLL for Roux? I'm a CFOP guy.

Of course, you can. But, they are long and not that much efficient.

BTW, They are some COLL in my CMLL set and I mostly use them when all the edges are oriented after SB.

In the step to fix bad edges, can I use a single ald to cycle the edges or learn miltiple alg for different cases?
Also, in the last step, when solving the cube, can I use a single alg again to cycle and solve the cube instead of learning multiple algs?

When you are learning L6E, I recommend NOT using algs. Just play with the cube and try to figure it out. Once you understand how L6E works, you won't need algs, because you'll figure out the most efficient ways on your own. After you are comfortable, you might add algs for some nasty cases, but for the most part, you just don't need them.
