After three DNFs on tape, I finally got one.

It was a pretty nice easy solve - no real difficulties. Towards the end I had a little pause recalling the first location for the central edges, but other than that it was all pretty smooth recall.

Sorry, at 8x speed, it's kind of hard to see what I was doing.

Order of solving:
corner orientation
corner permutation (except parity)
outer X centers
outer + centers
inner X centers
inner + centers
left obliques
right obliques
inner wings
outer wings
centrals
parity

Memorization time: 33:06.

Oh my... Yeah, that's just so amazing. I bet you'll get sub-1 within 5 successful solves.
Seriously, you're amazing at big cubes, and still getting better. I would like to see you get better at 3x3BLD though. :p

Thanks everyone.

You're right. Lately, it seems like I've been getting worse at 3x3x3 BLD. That's mainly lack of practice, though - all my time is spent on big cubes BLD and 3x3x3 speed (you can't tell the latter from my times, but I keep hoping I'll turn the corner soon). I'm hoping the 3x3x3 speed practice will eventually translate to better 3x3x3 BLD times.

We're going to 3 competitions in the next couple of months. Now that I've gotten this video out of the way, I'm going to focus on 3x3x3 speed (some more - I need to get used to these new fingertricks), 3x3x3 BLD, and 4x4x4 BLD.

Ville, I'll never be a threat to you on 3x3x3 BLD, though. If I can get to 1:30, I'll be very happy.
