Is the cube I am having trouble learning about. The bag I got it in (from a store in France) has a barcode lable that says "Sepak Sakraw LanLan" I've researched this for weeks and all I've found are videos of people unboxing it, etc. No guides, no information on where I can read about the origins of it. I've searched these forums briefly, done some forum searches etc, and have not seen the word "sepak" or "sakraw" anywhere. Does anyone know anymore about this puzzle? I want to learn about it, I can't solve it yet using my own intuition and am looking to learn more. Obviously I can take it apart. Is it even called a "Sepak Sakraw"? I've seen other puzzles called "takraws". I'm just overall confused at the moment. Any information from anyone would be marvelous.

Thanks for the reply! That actually is more information than I've been able to scrounge up. I think i'm bad at the internet. anyway, do you know any more details about the puzzle? I noticed it was similar to a 4x4 as I disassembled it. Do you know who invented it? Anywhere to get solutions to it/tutorials?

Do you know anything about it? Anywhere to get solutions to it? The inventor? I realized as I took it apart that it was similar to a 4x4 core/center pieces. Thanks for the reply anyway if you don't know any more information, your post has been the most helpful of everything i've read in the past week.

Name of this puzzle?

A few days ago I bought this puzzle at a local puzzle store. I never actually owned a different cube other than the simple 2x2, 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5 so I thought this would be interesting to try out. So far I have had no luck with it, and I wanted to look up some information about it. It came in a cheap chinese plastic package and all it said was "Assim cube". This name gave me no
results at all. I was wondering if you guys knew what this puzzle is called, or even if you have ever heard of it. http://imgur.com/YcOBH

That's a Super Square-1

It's basically 2 Square-1s smashed together (which is also how you solve it).

What do people call this puzzle?

(kind of off topic)
How do you solve it?
I looked at the only tutorial on youtube that was in english and it didn't work. Right now I have cube shape with top/bottom corners solved.
I'm guessing it's solve middle layer, solve like square 1 but I don't get how to solve the middle 2 layers.

Cube identification please

I recieved an unknown cube in the post today from China. I can not tell from which shop it comes and I can not tell what kind of cube it is. It is really smooth. It looks like a Dayan Zhanchi, but with more rounded corners. And the color is more yellowish white (ivory?).
