How many TIMED solves do you do in one day?

In a week, I normaly do a couple 3x3 and 3bld Avg12's to make sure I'm still fast. The only thing I time daily is a 4BLD solve. Every month or so, I usually have a day where i do hundreds of timed solves for the heck of it, but those days are exceptions.

I have a feeling that if I run into a bad case while I'm on the clock, I won't stop and figure it out. Which means I will run into the case again and feel guilty. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Generally none or just a few but on holidays and weekends maybe up to about 50.
However, I do a lot of untimed solves at school and just fool around with the cube (adds up to probably 30 or so solves).

3x3 = 0-50 on week days, over 100 on weekend days

That's kind of it, I try to do a daily 4BLD attempt too. Then I'll do weekly comp and forum comp stuff on random days. And other events (mostly 4x4, 5x5, BLD) randomly.

I dont mean to be pedantic but...

Just to clear things up, it is possible to have a median of 0 and an average of 10, for example in the following set,
[0, 0, 0, 40],
and also in many other sets, though it is rather rare and unlikely, requiring a few days to have many solves and the majority of days to have 0 solves.

Very nice usage of the word pedantic by the way. *Sigh* You never get that down here in the South. :(

0-12 timed solves. my last timed solve was during an avg. 12 about 4 days ago. I can go weeks without timing myself.

I might do 1-2 solves on cube orders to ensure there aren't any problems.

I haven't timed a 2x2 solve since Colorado Springs Open 2012 (4.5 months ago).

Am I wrong in saying 'average' means lots of different types of averages (the means, median, mode range) ,whilst mean is the 3 (A,G,H)! means?

Yeah yeah I know his point. That the main bulk of his solves is 0, but he does more solves occasionally. I was questioning 'average'.

What are you saying by your last point? I can't tell if you are trying to insult me or make a dry joke.
