The Uber Monthly 3x3 10,000 Cube Marathon!!!

I am starting today and planning on finishing February 22 nd; I have already done 400 solves today and I started at noon!!!! I plan on doing 150 in the morning, 150 after lunch and 150 before I go to sleep, If I don't get to sub 13 consistently by the end of this month I may stop cubing lol. My morning solves will be slow solves with 15-20 seconds of inspection (warm up mind and hand), my afternoon solves will be average speed with a great deal of focus on finding the best cross (not timing inspection) and executing it and my last 150 will be as fast as I can go/ max tps with 15 seconds inspection.

My plan is to do 300 solves every weekday. 22 weekdays until March 23 =6600. That leaves 3400 solves for the remaining 8 Saturdays and Sundays = 425 solves per weekend day T____T

Oh gawd I don't think even I'm this insane!

Be sure to document how much faster you get... 10,000 solves is a hellava lot of practice... even if you don't succeed you're bound to be faster... just don't kill your wrists, it's not worth it.

I'll give it a try, but there's no way I'll finish with school and everything. I think I'll shoot for 5000 the first time, then go for 10,000 during the summer.

starting today; ending March 25 because as we all know REAL months have 31 days

I don't expect to get close to 10,000, but I have been meaning to keep closer track of some things such as how many solves I do a day, after how many solves I clean/lube my cube, what times I actually average, etc., and this is pretty good motivation to do just that.

P.S. bring it, jfly.

Starting today. I don't care about quality (I'll just solve and solve and not try to actively do well; practising for the sake of practising has always been my motive). Just quantity. Slow solves on public transport and each night/next day early morning I'll aim for 400 a day.

(400 a day gives about 12400 solves total)

Although I know I won't get anywhere near that I will strive to get as close as possible to 10000. Wish me luck!

Ill document my progress on this thread, either on this post or on new posts and keep deleting old ones.
