With all the methods out there which method do you think will have the closest chance in the future of replacing CFOP and why?

zb or zz the move count is very low but recognition is very long rouxs move count is also low and recognition is quick ether way more people need to learn them to find out which is better

Roux because it's nice and balanced in efficiency and ergonomy.
Or ZZ as it's crazily ergonomic.
But tbh I don't think anything will replace CFOP. It'll still be popular and fast although there are many other fast methods to explore.

More use of intuition during inspection time to plan the start of the solve better.

zz the move count is very low

From the posts I've seen from ZZ users, and from averaging my own move count many times, ZZ has a higher move count than CFOP. ZBLL helps, but still doesn't bring it below Roux.

If Snyder III is ever fully developed and proven to be as good as the inventor described, it could possibly match in a lucky solve.

By his theory, they will have an average of 30 HTM per solve. A lucky solve could possibly hit low 20s; therefore, a top-of-the-list cuber could overthrow the current single record. This is all based on theory, though.

Snyder III is ******** vapourware. Does not, and will not exist.

Petrus could be an option. It's fairly efficient.

Petrus is efficient if you take 30 seconds to do a solve. Once you get down to about 11 you seriously start losing your efficiency.

Thats true. But what if you could take that efficiency and raise speed slowly, keeping efficiency? Hm, well I dunno.
I hate the fact the RUing is pretty inefficient... Thats the only thing I hate about it.
Edit: agreed with the Snyder opinion.
