Blaster Lube Question/Story

So, sitting in my room is a can of "Fabulous" B'laster Silicon Spray lubricant. It claims to be safe on plastics.

I have a single cube, a nice ghosthand 1. It turns pretty well, but I still think I should lube it. Anyway, I bought a can of this lubricant at a local hardware store (I couldn't find jiga loo, CRC, ect) and sprayed it in my cube. However, it being my first time lubricating a cube, I sprayed in a ton of lube with very little accuracy. My cube's turning speed and corner cutting ability fell dramatically. I washed out my cube a few days later, let it sit a day, and then loosened the tension a bit. It now turns a bit better then it did before. Some of the black pieces have a bit of white/grey specs in them, but there is really no sign of melting or other bad effects from the lube.
Anyway, I dont have any more cubes to test it on, and I would rather not ruin my ghosthand for a second time. Has anyone had a similar experience or used the same lube and/or be able to judge whether this is decent lube or not? Thanks.
Im pretty sure this is it, although mine has a different can.

tl;dr I have B'Laster lube and I don't know if it's good, read the thing

To me it sounds like it protects instead of lubricates. Like it should be used to protect stickers or something from the description in the link.

Yeah, it does sound sort of like that. However, it is called a spray lubricant, so idk

Can you list the ingrediants for us (the ones we understand :p)

The only thing on the can I can find that remotely resembles ingredients is recreated below:

CAS# Description
63148-62-9 Siloxane
64742-47-7 Petroleum Distillate
64741-65-7 Hydrocarbon Solvant
124-38-9 CO2 Propellent

I have heard that some petroleum products can hurt cubes, however i am not sure if this is the same one, and my cube didn't seem to exhibit the melting that seems to be the main characteristic of petroleum lubricant.

If it has petrolium in it then it's hurting your cube. That was the one key thing I was looking for you to list :)

I actually have some Rubik's brand lube coming in the mail, but it will be a while and I think it's a small container. To bad there is no CRC safe for plastics lube in my area :(

Did you actully lube anything with it, and did it work?

I believe some forms of petroleum can melt plastic, although IDK about the form in mine, it may just be fore propellant.

Scroll down to petrolium based

That doesn't count. I don't want a wiki that says petroleum melts plastic written by people who thinks petroleum melts plastic without any source that says petroleum melts plastic.
