I don't believe this even if you use ZZ. It's very hard to believe that you can make EO lines every time from a fixed color scheme. Sometimes ZZ solves have z or z' rotations if you do OH.

I have started using ZZ for a bit just to try it out and I can, it just takes a while sometimes.

Your EO line is probably horrible for cases with a lot of wrong edges then. It's very hard not to rotate the cube if you have to do F and B moves.

Now that you mention it..that would probably help if I did a rotation when doing eoline, instead of doing F and B moves I can do D and U..thanks for the tip Phil

I put 4+ although it really depends on the solve. No rotation solves are usually fast solves.

Well, they could be ways to "improve" the number of rotations.

I feel that a couple of cube rotations aren't too bad when I watch fast CFOP users. As long as you are thinking ahead and can move fluently before and after you rotate you should be fine.

2 to 4 rotations in F2L. 4 to 7 in a whole solve.
