i got the professor pyraminx recently and have it all but solved except for two sections. First, along each edge of the puzzle, there are three small slices that i need to switch around, and second, i need to switch around some of the 3 pieces that surround the centers. Does anybody know of any algorithms for professor pyraminx or another puzzle that will work on this?

Do that twirly thing, you know, the one on all the cubes. You just turn some sides and it's solved.
You do some things with the R and L sides. I don't know. Try figuring it out yourself. You will feel great if you figure the entire thing out yourself.
