I recently learnt the F2L bit of the Fridrich Method this morning, I now fully understand it.
What time should I aim to beat before I move on to OLL?
The time that I need to beat should be the Cross and the F2L together.

There's no set time that you should "beat" with Fridrich F2L. What you want to learn, and when, is all up to you. I wouldn't suggest waiting for a certain time- just go ahead and start learning OLL.

On a side note, though, I wouldn't suggest trying to learn all of OLL and PLL at once. Start with 4LLL, and then start adding algs.

About 2-Look OLL: I would suggest using a different alg for the double headlights case. Rather than F R U R' U' R U R' U' R U R' U' F', do (U) R' U' R U' R' U R U' R' U2 R'.

To your question: Most people learn 4LLL soon, then start to work on full PLL before OLL. To clarify, I think you should learn 4LLL as soon as possible / whenever you want. Adding algs should be done whenever you feel comfortable / semi-comfortable with what you've already learned.

That's the exact videos that I'm watching!
What is 4LLL?
But I want to be able to speedcube, so what time should I be aiming for, my PB with the begginer's method is 49 seconds but I can consistently get under 1 minutes, I aim to beat that using F2L but I can only do F2L and the cross in sub-40s.
