Rubiks 4x4 sucks none other

The rubik's brand 4x4 is the worst because it does not cut corners at all and it pops. Has anybody found a way to make it better without buying a new one.

To BeatleCube - there are a few tutorials about, I'll try and find a couple. But to be honest - you really are better just buying a new cube.

You could try tightening the core. That might help you for a couple of minutes. After that, I guess buying a new cube would be your best bet.

he asked the question if he could make it better w/o buying a new one. There is no way to make a rubik's 4x4 tolerable in my opinion, so I responded with an answer I believe to be correct. That is hardly worthless.

Thrawst has a mod, but you could just use this thread. But basically, rubik's 4x4 has a life expectancy of like 1 year. more than 1 year and it'll explode in your face
