The core is misaligned. Just take it apart, loosen the screw a bit, re-align the core layers [that middle slice of the core (if you know what I'm talking about) should be in a straight line, yours would be misaligned], and then tighten the screw again. It should work after that.

Try gluing again. Clean the old glue off first, and then use alcohol to clean the pieces before regluing. If superglue/krazy glue won't do it... try picking up some plastic epoxy from a local hardware store. (Some chain stores also carry it. The one you want comes in two tubes and has to be mixed before using.

^^What he said. Mine misaligned the first time I turned it because it was SO tight. Take it apart, take the screw out of the core and separate it into two hemispheres, then put some superglue into the little holes where the plastic "nubs" fit into. this will help to prevent it from misaligning again. Also, while you have it apart, lube it up really good... this will also help to prevent misalignment.

Thanks, I will try that. But just one more question, where can i get the alcohol?

When mine broke, I really tried fixing it. I tried epoxy glue first, after 1 solve, it broke again. Then I tried super glue. But still nothing. Then I tried really quick drying super glue. But it just failed again. If you do somehow manage to fix yours. Then you must tell me how.
