Beginner! i need help on what i should do next

im getting confused :s do i learn 4LLL, cross, F2l, getting faster at beginner method, or all??? i mean, i watched badmephistos video on cross stuff, and its kind of confusing to take it all in.

I would just work on all of it. Do some full solves. Then do some cross only solves. Then some F2L solves. Then solve LL solves. Then do complete solves again.

sure, got any good youtube videos or something for 4LLL?

BTW,
here are my times for each step

0:34.69 for cross (starting at bottom)
1:01.08 for F2L (wayyyyyy toooo slooowwww)
0:15.05 for completing top face
0:06.07 for OLL ( i think its oll, lol)
0:14.40 for PLL ( i think it's pll )

so orienting last layer is when you have all corners and edges placed except for top edges, and premuting is just finishing it up?

Do cross on the top or wherever your comfortable. Its useless on the bottom if you dont know how to do it.

No. OLL is making the entire top layer white (in your case) and PLL is permuting all of the LL pieces. You actually did:
Cross
F2L
OLL
CPLL
EPLL

No, it's good to learn cross on bottom early, so you get used to it. It's much more of a pain learning it later, and changing habits.

From my experience cross on bottom is only good for look ahead.

Start with 4LLL, then F2l and finally cross.( by that timer your cross should be about 5-10 seconds)

Yes, this would be the best. 4LLL first, then you'll have less problems with LL later. F2L needs advanced skill to get really useful and cross is currently not that important for you.

You should start with all this advanced stuff when you can do the cube in about 1 minute with beginner method. It will increase your times first, but later they will drop really fast.

Yes, but it's hard to switch from cross on top to cross on bottom once you're sub 40.

...so you're basically saying that he should switch then. Good job.

Yes, he should switch when he is sub-50.

So look ahead makes absolutely no difference at +50 seconds?

Well its makes more sense then.

That's like saying "Don't bother solving the last layer untill you can get the first two in 20 seconds."

Im just suggesting something, ok? Your posts aren't really relavent.

I understand. I'm just saying, if he starts to look ahead when he is really slow, he won't have to slow down as much when he gets really fast.

so what is CPLL and EPLL? also, i couldn't really get what permute meant. does it mean moving it to proper position?

Yes, that's what it means. CPLL is permutation of the last layer corners, EPLL is for the edges. Basically 2 look PLL.
