My average is around 11.5-12. I think fazrulz and rowe are as fast as me, if not, faster. These are the only other colour neutral cubers I know of who average 12 secs or less.

Are there people who are color neutral on random days? Usually, I'm about as fast on yellow and white and about 85% the speed on blue and 70% the speed on other colors. On some days, I solve exclusively on white and is only about 85% as fast on yellow and 50% as fast on other colors. Funny that these are the days that I usually break PBs. On some very rare days, I have been almost completely color neutral and average around 20 regardless of the D face color.

I put sub15, although I have only ever had 1 avg 12 that was sub15. I am so close, I thought it would be silly not to put it. (I got a new PB single and avg 5 yesterday).

Yes, If you don't solve cross, 2x2x2 block, 1x2x3 block on a fixed color/set of colors every time, that would be considered for this as color neutrality
