This certain f2l case needs to be faster

i need a better way of doing the case (white cross) when white is on top and the edge is connect and the same color when connected. I usually sometimes split it up then put them into their slot but then i sometimes do R U Ri THEN connect the pair from that case so does any body have a faster way?

It depends where it is and in what direction, but I use this sometimes:

(R U R') U2 (R U R' U') (R U R')

It's a little long-ish but the fingers like it.
