How to teach certain things, mainly F2L

I am helping my friend get faster at speedcubing, and I don't know how to show her F2L.

Tips on teaching OLL and PLL would be nice too. For OLL I was going to do it by shapes.

I'm planning on doing videos, mainly because people keep asking me to teach them 3x3. I kinda need my pc working, so that's an issue. Anyway tips are nice so I'll wait.

Try looking at existing videos which are generally acknowledged to be good such as badmephisto's or some of the cubing world videos.

Showing formulas is enough, isn't it? If she can solve a cube only by herself, it should be easy for her to understand those formulas.
