However, if no-one nominates everybody loses 75 Elo, if only 1 person nominates everyone loses 50 Elo, if only 2 people nominate everyone loses 25 Elo. Remember, there is significant advantage in being president.

I will introduce a law where you roll a dice(online if you want) before every round, and if you roll a 6 you can swap out the 3x3 for a Pyraminx, a Skewb or a Clock for either one of your solves or 10% of your solves.

Also @d--- how do rules work? Like what kind of rules is the president allowed to introduce?

Laws introduced can be whatever you want for however long you want, provided I agree and its kinda fair for everyone. They can be overturned by future presidents.
Can I propose that whoever is president introduces some form of rule that will decrease the Elo pool somehow to speed the game up?
