I feel like the ELO system is a bit flawed lol, only getting 0.041 points for winning a match feels kinda ridiculous. If those are the amounts I'm winning by beating people faster than me I might as well just start challenging only people slower than me and get way more ELO from declined challenges.

I understand, but the reason it changed so little is that for your elo difference, the expected result was incredibly close to you winning 3/5, hence there was little change. However, if you had instead won all 5, you would have gained about 13 points, if eeeeeeeee had won all five he would have taken 19 points. You can also increase your earnings by doing more solves - I calculate the change in packets of five so you do 10 solves then the theoretical max earnings is 64.
