How do I increase TPS on 4x4+?

I have alright TPS on 3x3, but now that I am practicing 4x4 more it is getting really hard to turn as fast (I use the Vin 4x4 Ballcore). I have done around 450 solves so I would've thought I'd get used to it, but I am still turning rather slowly. Any tips would be very appreciated!

Honestly with big cubes TPS doesn't matter as much as turning fluidly without pauses.

That being said, TPS really comes with time. While you have 450 4x4 solves, you probably still haven't gotten used to bigger cubes. It took me over 1k solves before I got used to it and was able to push TPS.

But mainly focusing on little to no pausing is more important.

Thanks a lot for the help guys! I will definitely watch some example solves and I'll try to pause less as well.
Yeah, in big cubes the fluency and consistency of turning is more important. In smaller ones like 2x2, 3x3, the “spam” in TPS is common, but if you watch pro big cubes solver, you’ll see they don’t try to turn fast but to keep the speed throughout the solve. Good luck!
