I can finish cross + f2l in 8.5 seconds but i average 16 seconds. So technically it takes me 7.5 seconds to complete LL. Please tell me how to increase TPS in oll and pll.

just practice the PLLs and OLLs when you are just carrying a cube around, and do practice other than solves.
