Hi. I average around 18 seconds, and I never ever pause, even in slow motion, I rarely pause. So I was wondering, Since my look-ahead is perfectly fine for my turning speed, I was wondering if my turning speed should be faster, or if I should lower my movecount. So the question remains, Lower movecount, or increase turning speed.

On average I think my movecount is around 60-75 with CFOP, Full PLL, SLightly larger than 2 look OLL, and Advanced F2l, and Colour Neutral

Honestly 60-75 is a decent move count at your speed for someone with 2-Look oll (With one look you might cut down to like a range from low 50's to mid-60's average, which is great). I don't think it would hurt for you to slowly begin learning full OLL (2 a day or something, and the mext day repeating the ones you've learned) to decrease your move count a bit. You should keep increasing your F2L speed to the fastest it can be with minimal pauses, maybe trying to increase that turning speed slowlly and slightly every few days. You should also drill your LL algs, making sure you can sub-3 all of your algs.

yeah I have 60/78 of OP (OLL;PLL) So, I have 18 algsorithms left. So, I really think, after this, so far, that I should work on OLL, and see what that drops my time down to, and then work on TPS, Recognition, and Execution.

i think a good, yet difficult to abide by, philosophy is to turn at the slowest possible speed which produces the same times as your frantic solves produce. (you can obviously speed up and slow down during different steps) (well, its a good roux philosophy at least)

Given you have no pauses, you can average 12-15 seconds at 5 TPS (given you have 60-75 moves per solve). So yeah, if you can eliminate pauses completely, you should have no problem. (But that's hard to do...)

TPS comes naturally with time. If you focus on lowering your move count you will benefit from it faster in the long run since your lookahead will come more naturally with a lower TPS.

I dont understand one thing though. Why is it that people start after me, and I still am slower than them, and I practice SO MUCH. I cube for a total of about 5 hours a day, and still dont have a sub 15 average.

People are different. Some people improve faster than others. Don't lose hope because you can get where you want.
You might want to try cubing less. Maybe quit cubing for some time, then come back with a fresh mind. That always helps.
