I think that beginner and intermediate speedcubers need to have exercises to help improve tps (turns per second). This can also help newcomers to OH (one handed). So I decided to make some exercises for speed:
  • R U R' U' * 6 (a.k.a sexy move) - used in almost all algs and will make executing them faster.
  • U2 - when doing this you must use the double flick of your pointer and rude fingers.
  • M' U * 6 - when doing the M' you must either use your pinky finger or your ring finger on your left hand
  • M2 U * - when doing this make sure that you use your ring finger and rude finger (or your pinky and index finger) to flick the M column.
  • M2 U2 - use both a flick in the M column and the U face
I've written a couple here, but there is possibility for more to be made and some for OH aswell. I think this is an interesting concept and I would like to see it further developed

Every once in a while I just start compulsively doing U2 U2', to practice ambidextrous double flicks. It only really helps if you grip the cube the way you normally do, though.
Then I start doing R-perms using double flicks in both hands.
