I dont personally think its faster for normal solves, but i thrive on akward fingertricks, so if thats you, then go for it
(when you look at the solve i did, pay attention to my last slot

Is it just me or does this solution not work?

AAAAARRRGHHHHH!!!! Okay, I'm currently at that point of studying that I'm really learning more about this look ahead stuff and this when to turn fast and when to turn slow and when either one helps and what you lose on either one. for example, tps gives speed but lacks lookeahead, while slow equals lookahead minus speed. I'm also learning about how you don't really need to learn cross plus one and that cross plus one at high speeds equals a slower, but more efficient, cross with a planned first pair. I also found out that by turning slow, I'm sub-16... i mean like maybe even sub 16.5, I feel really stupid thinking that turning fast is the best. I mean I always knew that some people go faster by slowing down, but gosh I feel stupid lol. I realize how many good cases I missed by going fast.

just watched this really interesting lazermonkey vid about practicing down solves. so like if I want to average sub-15 and I get a 17, I should do that scram again and again (each time trying a knew solution) until I get the desired time. this sounds interesting, and I'm wondering if it will help. of course, I won't count the repeat solves, but maybe it will improve my ability to quickly execute solutions.
