Do you have tips for Flip method? I am getting more sub 10s and i average like 10.I've been grinding 7simul a lot more and I got this 4.51 ao5 and 3.80 single! (plus a counting 3.99 single!!!)

A lot of clock is just practice, just keep grinding and you'll improve very quickly!Do you have tips for Flip method? I am getting more sub 10s and i average like 10.
Can i send you some solves later and you tell me what i can do better?A lot of clock is just practice, just keep grinding and you'll improve very quickly!
edit: before/during the clock grind, make sure that you are doing all the good techniques (mostly taking advantage of the maximum amount of skips and flipping in any direction to be able to do so)
sure! Just DM meCan i send you some solves later and you tell me what i can do better?
WHAT ARE YOU A WIZARD YOU ARE HARRY POTTER OMG WHAT how are you sooo fastttttdouble post but I DON'T CARE BECAUSE I JUST GOT A SUB-5 AVERAGE

My turning has gotten much better and I'm pretty comfortable doing simul moves.
Yeah, so you will (almost) always want to start memo with an edge-center skip (if there is one on the scramble) as this will skip part of the first move (the first letter will be O) and it'll skip the only D move on the back. I'll also look for a starting position that will skip the second letter, and most lucky scrambles (like the ones above) have a edge-edge skip in the upper left, which skips the 3rd letter and brings a very high chance of skipping the second. How do you keep getting so many scrambles that are mostly O in the solution? I've seen about 2 or 3 like that since using 7-Simul. Do you inspect differently or look for particular cases?
I've kept my clock in the same orientation always when inspecting. If I'm holding it in a different orientation than 12 facing up, is all memo the same, but just intuitive steps are different?Yeah, so you will (almost) always want to start memo with an edge-center skip (if there is one on the scramble) as this will skip part of the first move (the first letter will be O) and it'll skip the only D move on the back. Exactly! And you'll be able to take advantage of tons more skips.I've kept my clock in the same orientation always when inspecting. If I'm holding it in a different orientation than 12 facing up, is all memo the same, but just intuitive steps are different?

But for single clocks (so clocks that you just add to the total sum instead of subtracting them from another clock) you need to make sure you use its value relative to the actual 12 o' clock, not the upper clock, right?Exactly! And you'll be able to take advantage of tons more skips.

"The 7-Simul" lolI haven't updated this in a few days but I've been sick.
I'm now sub-5 with 7simul, I got a 3.77 on a 6simul scramble, and I got a 5.05 average (using 7sim) in the weekly comp.
Now that I'm sub-5, I'm fully switching from Flip to the 7simul!
