So. This argument is going to be unpopular, but you're welcome to reply however you want.
My argument is this:
In all WCA events, you can tell whether a puzzle is solved or not, but in clock, you can't tell so easily, and this makes it very difficult to watch. Even with say, Megaminx, it's...
I know this may seem like a follow-up to my “What’s the time limit on 4x4” post, but hear me out:
I just learned clock (wow 2 puzzles learned over one weekend if we include Presidents Day as part of it), and average 1:30s. How much faster do I have to be in order to compete with it?

I have been wondering how the 7-Simul method for clock works so that I can adjust it to my pin order but also so I can tinker with it more. I was recently experimenting with the Lou method and found you could get it down to 8 moves if you change the order and do a lot more calculations. I was...
This will be a thread for talking about Clock.
I've seen threads like this for other events like big cubes and megaminx, but I haven't seen anything for clock so...
Feel free to discuss and ask questions!
I would like to introduce r/clockers. It was made by a random person 8 years ago and has recently been revived. You can check it out at https://www.reddit.com/r/clockers/ to join and to prove to the WCA that clock is da best event.
Hey.
This is my progression thread, I want to get better at clock.
Here is my PB AO25 (on clock):

“No-D” is a Flip variant where you combine the simultaneous turns of 7Simul with the ergonomics and TPS of Flip. As another plus (and as the name implies) there are no D moves. Memo is also much easier than other methods, only requiring you to memo 4 numbers (two on the front, two on the back)

I mostly practice 2x2, clock, and square-1, those are my main events.
I average about 2.8 on 2x2 and I finished learning CLL a few weeks ago and have started learning EG-1.
I average 4.5 on clock, and I hope to get good results in comp someday soon.
For square-1 I average 13, and am putting...

Hi!
After a while I'm finally making one of these, I will be practicing every WCA event (except BLD events 3x3 BLD and MBLD have a small chance)
I just got my 5x5-7x7, square 1, and clock so I don't know how to do every puzzle (I just need 7x7 and square-1) nor do I have an ao5 for everything...
Hi
I just wanted to ask a general question about my main event Clock. It isn't popular as the other event but I was just curious about if anyone is maining this event. If not what is your main event? Also, Clock is very fun and easy to master so if you haven't tried I highly recommended it!
