when i out lube in my eye, it turned alot faster and was alot smoother reduced the time from 420 seconds down to 69 seconds, totally recomend.

Silicone lubricants are probably harmless in small quantities. If you rub your eyes in the middle of lubricating your cube, that's fine; you're not going to go blind from that.
Non-silicone lubricants may be different amounts of potentially actually harmful.
(And obviously, regardless of lubricant type, don't treat them as eyedrops and dump them straight onto your eyeballs. That would be extremely silly.)

Being that some lubricants can literally melt the insides of cubes, I would recommend avoiding this.

I haven't seen warnings on lube bottles but if there is then obviously don't do it. Even if it isn't there don't put it in a random body part as kids did this with tide pods and it did not go well for them.

Do as say, not as I do. My eyes, my choice. I use WD-40 in my eyes to help me keep my eyes open when I'm passing out.
But seriously, it was actually a type of silicone spray that had always worked perfectly in every other cube. I messaged Feliks about it on Facebook back in the day and he said it had either once happened to him as well or that he'd at least heard certain silicone sprays indeed rapidly corroded certain types of plastic in some cubes. I can't remember which anymore.
