What is this Hawaiian Kociemba method?

Here are the steps:
EOArrow, make a cross without the DF edge and you orient all the F2L edges
F2L, do F2L with RUL moves
Now you do HKOLL, which orients everything in the last layer + the DF edge
then HKPLL, permute the last layer and the DF edge.
