One-Answer WCA Competition and Regulations Question Thread

So im a Bruneian, Brunei is a small country with little to no cubers here so im wondering if i'm allowed to join comps. Like can I get a wca profile and join comps like a normal person..... and for those of you wandering why I'm asking this it is just because I dont know if Bruneians are allowed to join comps n stuff. So yeah would be much appreciated if someone would reply.
thanks in advanced :)

3x3x3 One Hand

Hi,
I am a newbie to cube championships.
I am a rapid cuber and I am participating in the Shaastra Cube Open on Jan 2-3 2016 at Chennai
I am competing for 3x3x3 [Both normal and one-hand] and 2x2x2.

Is it compulsory to use a standard 57mm cube for One-Hand Solving?
Or can I use a 50mm or a 42mm cube??

You are allowed to use mini cube, if it don't bothers WCA regulations (example: transparent cube, logo on corner). Size is just your preference. So yes.

If you wanted, you could use a Maru Nano Cube (15mm) just because.
