Y' R' U2 R' U2 R2 U R F R U R U' R' F' R2?

(Oh, it's the inverse of the first alg given for this case on Alg.db, this is what I use.)

I use R2 F R U R' U' R' F' R' U' R2 U2 R U2 R, I've tried to gen for it before, but it's hard to find anything better. The alg is sub-par for ZBLL, but if our worst case is a sub 1.75 able case that's pretty good.

Does anyone have a good alg for http://algdb.net/Set/ZBLL U number 30?

R' U' R F R2 D' R U R' D R2 U' F', is actually really good. Some people used to use it as COLL.

That being said I've never looked for a better alg, I'll start genning.

Edit: What I found:

R' U' R F R' U R U' R' F' r U R U' r'
R' F' r U R U' r2 U' r F r' U r

I'm liking the first one and the inverse is pretty good.

RLUF is a pretty terrible subset.

Ah yes, http://algdb.net/Set/ZBLL U number 36 on the list. also congrats on nearly full ZZLL!

If you don't mind using the left side, I can really recommend the mirror alg of its mirror case:
[l' U' L U l F'] [L2 U L U L' U2 L U F]
The first part is basically the mirror of the wide turn standard T-oll, and the second is almost the mirror of the beginning of the FRU Y-perm alg.

Ok I can answer then...
um one I really don't like is probably number 54 on this list http://algdb.net/Set/ZBLL T

how about yourself then?

y2 R2 F (R U R' U') R' F' R' U' R2 U2 R U2 R for sure. Was delving into the resources and cube explorer for a long time to get a decent alg. This is the best option in my opinion. Besides it's pretty fingertrick friendly I'd say:
Start with your right thumb upwards, this makes the F (R U R' U') smooth. Has only one regrip: during the U', put your right hand in standard position. The first F' should be executed with your left hands index finger (FRU J-perm style)

I use the same alg as the one presented on algdb.net, but turned y2, making it L' U' L B [L2' D' L] U [L' D L2'] U' B'. The same applies here as to my first response above: If you have no problem using lefty algs, this one is pretty decent. But looking at both algs, it honestly doesn't matter much which one you use. They are basically the same algorithm.

So setup to H-ZBLL 1 on algdb.
I recognize there is a solid bar on F, and, obviously, the COLL, and that BU and RU need to be swapped. Is this a good recog. system?

Just looking at the two blocks is better. The big block in F and the block in the back on the right. Looking at how pieces move takes a lot more though than looking at sticker relationships. If you want to compare edges don't look for swapping edges look for opposite edges.

After trying both methods, I can safely say that recognizing color patterns is better (for me) than recognizing edge cycles. For the H-Case #1 on algdb.net, I simply recognize the two color lines that are formed on F and B and then I know which case it is. I actually have another similar experience when I started speed cubing, back when I learnt PLL. At first I learnt them by edge and corner cycles, but as soon as I switched to color pattern recognition, it became so much easier. Also faster.

When learning the recognition, the key is to find out what makes a case unique, and build your recognition from there.

ok people like what is going on with H ZBLL? I am using simon scansions ZBLL document, but he has 48 algs for H set? 4 COLL sets*12 edge cycles is 48 not 40?
Some of his algs for H set don't even work also? so far every other alg has worked, so which Edge cycles are redundant here?

There are 40 cases, pure and diag cases only have 8 per due to symmetry.
