The four cases, U R, U L, L L and L F are mirrors and inverses of each other so the same algorithm (9 move commutator) can be used to solve them all.
As for all U cases you look at two "bars" of stickers, one at Fur-Ful and one at Urb-Ulb. Both bars has got adjacents colours where one colour is common for both (in the image, green). Case U R looks the same but mirrored. |
