I release the grip on my right hand right after a trigger :(
I also never want to use my eyes enough to look ahead.
I release my grip too much.

If you aren't going to use real english, at least make sure you use real emoticons...

Whats a "real" emoticon? Just because it's not registered in the forum's database or whatever doesn't mean it's isn't real :|

Anyway, my technique varies. Sometimes I go smooth and slow usually because I can't be bothered being serious. But normally it's just fast and choppy.

Hm... My "technique" is probably something like this.

Any given solve:
Cross on B, U, or F, depending on the situation
F2L inspection during all of cross
Intuitive/algorithmic F2L (you heard me right)
24 OLLs
Full PLL

Other:
LL edge control
Some of the Winter Variation
A little multislotting
A bit of force OLL skip stuff

And as for my style... hard to say. I use some very extravagant, flashy, open, smooth finger tricks. Some may even say... outlandish? risky? only loosely feasible?

EDIT: I average at 17.61 and my PB is 15.06, and yes, I am also thirteen.
Where you get the f2l algs i cant find any reasonable fast ones
