Give all your cubes to your neighbour. That way there is a "lock on the booz-cabinet"

Sure, once you've started speedcubing and want to keep improving your speed it's hard to put it down.
What are the signs of the 2 cubing injuries/conditions? I've read on how to prevent it and I can't anymore information on Rubik's wrist or cubist thumb.
Not sure what that is either, but my left thumb (I use my left hand mostly for holding the cube, right hand for turning) often hurts after cubing several hours straight. It sometimes even still hurts the next day. I have no idea how to prevent this. I just stop cubing for a day or two if it hurts too much and then its fine again (until I cube again for some hours straight) :-(
I think this is because I use too much pressure while I hold the cube and "pressing" my left thumb against it. My right thumb never hurts (the one I use for turning).
