White Cross Without Down, Back, Slice Moves Or Turning

Hi everyone!
I got this Mindstorms kit last christmas and I figured it was time to bring it back to life. I had it sitting in the basement as a Rubiks Cube solver the MindCub3r to be exact. I worked hard with it for half a week and it didn't work, so I didn't have the power to rip it apart and start again. So, now half a year later I choose to make my own lego rubiks cube solver. And It works. The only problem is that it can't do Back and Down moves. Also not Slice Moves Or turn the cube. So, my question. Can you solve the white cross with only R U L F Moves only?

No. You'll at least need to be able to do D or B moves because you won't be able to solve the DB edge (though if this is already solved you could do it).

Yeah that's right, but if you had D available you could do it

give it a headstart of eoline otherwise you need d or b to solve db

Can it do wide turns? You never say in OP that it can't. If it can do wide turns then it's solveable.

I would be curious to know why you couldn't get MindCub3r to work? Did you ask for help on the MindCuber facebook page?
