It would probably be far quicker to say where I don't store my puzzles. They seem to breed when I'm not looking at them...or when my wife isn't looking at my bank account

i store mine in my sandbox outside of my house and then somehow they are all crunchy inside jkjk just a joke s tore them on my desk

I enjoy storing them in a box under my desk that I accidently kick and hurt my foot on too often.

Some I just keep in my Moyu bag, some in a drawer next to me, some displayed on my desk for quick access (usually the 3x3s I use the most), and some are pretty much just hanging to make my room look interesting
