I've been looking everywhere to find a blue dayan panshi but it seems like every site I find is all sold out. Anyone have any ideas? Though I'm not sure if it is in stock on dayan's website, I'd prefer to not go through their 3-4 weeks shipping time so other suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack

I have a stickerless guhong that I love, but I had a 55 mm white zhanchi before and somehow the threading broke on the core so it couldn't be tensioned. I was hoping to have either a better experience with the panshi, or maybe just own a rare cube such as the blue one. What would you say is bad about the panshi?

Everything. It is truly a horrible cube. It is super bumpy, catchy, and all around an unpleasant cube to use. Money best spent elsewhere. You could always get a white one and dye it if you were looking to complete a collection or something, but if it is just for a cube to use, I wouldn't waste any money or time trying to track one down.

^^ Pretty much this. It was really bad out of the box, and not much better after lubing and tensioning. Besides just the terrible turning, there are also lots of reports of internal pieces breaking after not much use... specifically the torpedos, which are smaller and thinner than on any other Dayan.

If you love Dayan, I'd say give a 57mm Zhanchi a try. Or if you're comfy trying other brands, the Aolong is uh-mazing.
