Over the course of about 3 weeks I learned all 21 PLL's and now I want to move on to something else. I can do F2L intuitively (the whole cube) in about 29-35 seconds. Should I start memorizing F2L algorithms or learn the OLL's (I already know about 25-30 of them.)

Thanks,
Chris

F2L for sure!
OLL is the thing to learn the last (well except for the necesairy algo's to do OLL in 2 steps: the edge OLL's and the OLL's where all edges are oriented).
so the order would be: F2L, PLL, OLL. I think the best...
Oh and F2L is not a think to memorize, you can figure it out yourself, this takes less time to learn and is better for your understanding of the cube itself.

OLL is typically the last to learn, due to both the large number of algorithms, and that it doesn't save that much time over a 2-look OLL (2 seconds max). I found that I just ran into a certain case over and over again and wanted to solve it in 1-look, then I looked up and learn that specific case. Learning the algorithm before you can recognize the case will probably hurt you.

You don't need OLL to average sub-20.
