What should I improve?

I average about 40 sec. now, I use Fridrich - intuitive F2L, 2-look OLL, 1-look PLL.
Here are my times:
Cross - average of 5 - 5.27
F2L - average of 5 - 22.94
OLL+PLL -average of 5 -12.21

I really should practice your PLL and OLL algs more. And your F2L is very important, so I really should do an Ao100 just cross an F2L, I did too, and my avg is now 10 sec lower.

Can you please practice my PLL and OLL algs too?

I am very curious how you think that you doing an Ao100 with just cross and F2L is going to help him at all.

And, while you are practicing 4.'s algs, could you practice mine too? Since you obviously think that you can help someone else by practicing yourself.

My Average is about 25 seconds with 3LLL and here's my breakdown.

Cross: 3
F2L: 14
LL: 8

It seems like we have about the same balance. Just work on all of it. Now would be a good time to get some metronome practice in. That's what really got me from 40 seconds to under 30. It's really long and boring, but it works. Start out really slow like 35 bpm and find your next pair before you finish the current one. Do 5 solves and then raise it 5 bpm until you get up to about 60. Do the last layer normal speed.

As a contrast, another type of practice you can do is to solve the cross with your eyes closed, then spot an f2l pair you want to solve, then close your eyes and solve it as fast as you can. Open them and spot the next pair, then solve that one with your eyes closed. This will teach you not to look at the pair you are solving so that you can search for the next pair.

f2l, but i dont really practice it. maybe thats why i feel like i progress so slow on 3x3 lol

Your cubing skills. I mean, honestly, you aren't anywhere near the limit for any of these steps, so practising anything could help you. Chances are, practising one can help with the others, as it'll all improve you somehow. That said, it's probably best to practise F2L with lookahead more, because if you increase your TPS, you'll probably find yourself accidentally turning too fast and hurting your lookahead in F2L.

Try to minimize move count of the F2L. Count the number of moves (without timing or trying to do it fast). Actively think about ways to do it shorter, or with fewer rotations. Maybe lookup some shortcuts, but also try to play around with it to see if you can find your own. I remember in the days when I started I could sometimes only get faster by just watching videos on the internet to inspire me. :)

Well, after a few months of practising, my breakdowns are now:
Cross - 2.90
F2L - 15.55
LL - 8.75

I finally got a sub-30 avarage few days ago.
