What happened to these cubers?

[Artic]

I was randomly thinking about a few cubers I don't see post anymore, or who've disappeared and haven't been mentioned in a while.

What happened to:

Arvind Tatiparti - a Roux user who was getting faster and approaching sub 10. His last youtube upload www.youtube.com/watch?v=mH220qEFJ2s was 6 months ago and he's gone silent.

Andrew Ricci - last competed in 2013. Did he retire from cubing? Has he quit? The kid was good but he's vanished.

I don't know what happened to them. Maybe Arvind just hasn't uploaded any videos... I know Andrew Ricci made that video for Cubing World - How to get fast - a while back.

I'll admit, I haven't heard of Arvind, but Andrew was on the regitration list for Harvard Fall 2014. He didn't go though, so I'm not sure if he was intending to go or something.

[Artic]

hmm...I guess they've either moved on to something else or are currently busy. Arvind in particular was approaching Alex Lau Roux levels, so that would be unfortunate if he did have to quit.

Arvind just hasn't posted a video in six months. That's not that long. It doesn't mean he has quit.

Andrew just doesn't enjoy it anymore.

Arvind is busy with his school. He practises rarely these days in between his exams (he posted an 8.xy avg yesterday) . He might get active after April I guess.

School is definitely important. But it does suck he's not too active anymore. Where did he post the 8.xx average? On his youtube channel? I can't find it.
