What algorithm could I use instead of F (R U R' U') F'?

To get the cross on the last layer. When there are no colors on top (besides the center of course) I have to repeat this algorithm three times and it's really time consuming.
I'm still using 2LookOll and Pll. I know I should learn full Oll and Pll but I'm working on speeding up my F2L first.
Also, how should I go about posting a video of some of my solves so I can get specific advice on how to improve?

I recommend you learn the 8 cases with just the center in the middle...that way, your oll is either going to be two look ( minimum) or one look....this is useful since you want to focus on your f2l first GOOD MOVE ! !! ------- I recommend badmephisto's algs for the center cases ( they're fast triggers) http://www.badmephisto.com/oll.php ...or simply browse the wiki and find what algs your fingers are comfortable with http://www.speedsolving.com/wiki/index.php/OLL

it's the inverse of your alg and flips two adjacent last layer edges, specifically the up front and up right edges.

also if you are inserting the last f2l pair and you notice there are 0 last layer edges oriented, insert the pair with R' F R F' (the sledgehammer) instead of U R U' R' to flip two edges, avoiding a last layer with no oriented edges.

^ in my opinion the algs for that case are often the worst to use if you just care about edge oll.
