Post your favorite 3x3 setups here!

Here are a couple of mine:

Vin 3x3 Nova
Center travel: Reset to 0, tighten by 2 clicks
Compression: Reset to 0, tighten by 3 clicks
Track lube: FZ-Calm
How to apply: Take out an edge piece and put in 2 drops in the tracks, put the edge piece back in and break in
Piece lube: Lubest XMT 10, FZ-Rush
How to apply: Spread apart the pieces, drop in 3 drops of XMT 10 and break in, then 2 drops of rush and break in

MoYu RS3 M V5 (Ball-core)
Screws: loosen by 3/4 turn from stock (if you aren't using a stock cube, just make sure it is decently flexible without being that loose.)
Compression: Reset to 0, tighten by 2 clicks
Track lube: Lubest XMT 10
How to apply: Take out an edge piece and put in 1-2 drops in the tracks, put the edge piece back in and break in
Piece lube: Lubest XMT 10, FZ-Rush
How to apply: Spread apart the pieces, drop in 2 drops of XMT 10 and break in, then 2 drops of rush and break in

Both of these setups are to achieve a flexible, fast, and smooth feeling. If you try these setups, let me know if you like them!

Here's the setup I've been running on my RS3M V5 ball-core — it's the opposite approach to the XMT 10 + Rush combo above, more of a slow-and-controlled feel:

Screws: loosened about half a turn from stock
Compression: 1 click in from the loosest setting
Track lube: 2 drops of a thicker silicone lube (I use Traxxas 50k, the same RC-car silicone Jteddy mentioned, just the heavier weight) — put it in the tracks and work it in with about 20 slow solves
Piece lube: 1 drop of a fast silicone lube on the pieces after that

It comes out fast enough for F2L but with a bit of a cushioned, gummy feel that keeps me from overshooting turns. I re-lube roughly once a month, or whenever it starts feeling dry and scratchy mid-session. Definitely going to try your XMT 10 + Rush version next — that sounds like the same idea but with a lighter touch.
