Sub 20.

Hey guys. Just wondering how long it took some of you to get to sub 20. Not average. Just single sub 20. I've been cubing for about 4 months now and my pb is 22 seconds. I've gotten it 4 times now. I feel like I'm gonna get a sub 20 any moment now.
Just curious to see how long it took some other cubers to get to a sub 20 single.

Assuming you're only counting the time I spent with ZZ, it took me about 2 months.

I don't really remember, maybe 6 months? I was also doing online middle school and I had no friends so I had a lot of free time for cubing.

i took about 3 weeks and about 100 solves, but everyone improves at different rates i guess. good luck getting your sub 20 single!

What is your WCA ID, I know you went to going to the gong and so did I.

I think my first sub-20 was on December 1, 2019, about 3-4 months after learning to solve the cube. It's possible I got one while I was using Ruwix timer, but based on my other singles at the time I doubt it

I’m cubing since july 2019. I’m still not sub 20. Pb is 27.11sec. I stopped timing myself since one month and started learning full OLL. Not because i need it to get faster but to feel some kind of progression. Just 4 algs left and I’m full oll and pll.

I hope im sub 20 at the end of th year
