I dropped it and it didn't work for a while but its gotten better. I can time but, if I hit it too hard to stop the whole screen ligths up and it resets everything not showing te time. I think I need to tihgten the back of it, or is there something else i should do?

This may be an issue with the battery. This happened to me as well, but I didn't think it was the battery. Replacing them did the trick.

Yeah, I would start by looking at the battery. I've seen the battery cause so many problems similar to this. If not, tighten the back and see if that does the trick.

Yeah, I took off the back and then tightened the prongs that hold the battery in because they had loosened and that worked, so thanks for your help
