Help with g5 Stackmat timer connecting to cstimer

Do any of you guys know why I don't have the "USB Audio Device" tab on the Stackmat widget when I connect my timer to the computer? I watched a video on how to do it and that was the only thing that I didn't have. A screenshot of what it says on my computer:

I've allowed cstimer to use my microphone, connected the cable, and made sure to check the video again, and it still isn't connected to cstimer. Does anyone know what the reason for this is?

I had the same problem a long time ago. you might need an audio splitter
