Basically, start the timer holding the cube, do all 21 PLL algorithms, then stop the timer. Submit your fastest attempt!

15.68 ao5, decent for me.

Beginners' Method:
DNF avg, messed up last step twice, was avging mid 30 though.

Beginner PLL Time Attack:
9.21 - 12th or 13th attempt, happy with this.

PLL Time Attack:
45.60 - 4th or so attempt, I don't really care about getting this to be better.

Good results overall.

If it's the method you FIRST learned, then yes. Otherwise, it sounds like beginner CFOP which i dont think i would allow.
