I first learned to solve a cube one layer at a time. Then, for fun, I learned Petrus. Yes, I do enjoy it. That was all with an old, slow cube.
But I just ordered a brand new speed cube. And by the time it arrives, I want to pick a new speed cubing method to learn.
These are my requirements:
- I want a method for speed, with finger flicks and stuff like that.
- I don't mind learning something brand new.
- I don't mind using a bit of intuition to solve it. It doesn't have to be the "easy" way.
- And most importantly: I don't want to memorize a lot of algorithms. My memory is terrible.
I'm thinking Roux, with the Pinkie Pie variant. What do you all think?
