Speed cubing for people with bad memories

How bad is your memory really? A lot of people think they don't have good memory because they forget where they put things or something like that, but have never really sat down over a period and tried to learn muscle memory, which is more like learning to type or ride a bike.

I have several non-3x3x3 puzzles, and I have learned to solve them, but that was a few years ago and I forget everything now. I would have to relearn how to solve them.

Yeah, everybody talks about muscle memory. Maybe you're right. Maybe when my non-toy cube gets here, I can learn some fast moves and maybe my muscles will remember them.

(57x9.7+21x11.8)/78=10.2 average cfop alg move count
10.95 average roux alg move count
(I checked kian’s CMLL doc, and 15 cross over with cfop)

also muscle memory is really about the "feel" of performing an algorithm. I remember the starting moves then I can figure it out, ex. "start with sexy, move index finger to do R F, then bring wrist back with R2, ..."
