Progress with petrus is far slower... that's what I found anyway. You have to be prepared for that. Inconsistency is still something I struggle with. At home I can average sub 19 all the time, yet the second I go near a competition I struggle to get more than one sub 20 in an average. I only need to mess up the block building slightly and it's a bad solve almost guaranteed.

There's time to test out both, and any block building skills you gain won't be wasted as you can always combine it to create x-crosses if you want to stick with fridrich?

Ok thanks everyone. Sorry I couldn't respond I have been away. Right now I have just gotten my Fridrich times to get sub 20 average of 12's really easily. 15 seconds solves aren't rare anymore. I still will work on Petrus hopefully getting some sub 25 averages and then decide what I might do from there.
