Should I learn OLL?

I learned full OLL when I was sup 50, it really reinvigorated my love of solving, cause there is such variety, it's interesting to see which cases came up (also I got really bored of doing the same 7 oll's all the time). I feel it's stopped me getting as quick as I could be now if I was 2L OLL (as I don't have time to drill all the OLL's every day to speed them up and my recognition is a little slow), but I feel it will pay off by the time I'm around 20s (as I'll have had thousands of solves to practice my OLLs).

I was averaging about 40 seconds when I knew full OLL but I'm OCD and enjoy learning so I just got on with it.
